Streetglide, not quick but can cruise

If you've ever driven a fairly stock Twin Cam Harley Davidson motor you know that for a Harley its very decent and will please most people. Compared to other bikes and my 95" FXSTS the acceleration is not nearly the same. Still I don't mind as the Streetglide and any other Twin Cam come come from the factory with good enough power and most HD buyers are used to adding pipes and filer etc. The Streetglide unlike my Softail is geared high so I can roll at 80-85mph at 3500 RPM which makes for some very efficient travelling. I can hear the stereo and the Streetglide isn't pushed around much so you can roll at a fairly high speed fairly comfortably. Those heading to Sturgis will appreaciate this as the winds can be quite high.
